At The Pour House Collective, we make hosting easy! You provide the alcohol, and we’ll take care of the rest.
From professional bartenders and a fully equipped mobile bar to mixers, garnishes, cups, ice, and all the little details that make a great drink, we’ve got you covered.
We’ll even help you determine how much alcohol to purchase based on your guest count, beverage preferences, and event duration.
You handle the drinks. We’ll handle the experience.
Alcohol must be purchased and provided by the client in accordance with applicable laws. Services and supplies included vary by package.

Booking Deposit & Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit of the total booking cost is required at the time of reservation to secure your event date.
The deposit is fully refundable for cancellations made at least 30 calendar days prior to the scheduled event date.
Cancellations made within 30 calendar days of the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
The remaining 50% balance is due 14 calendar days prior to the scheduled event.

02 | BUILD YOUR EXPERIENCE
No two celebrations are exactly alike, and we don’t think your bar service should be either.
We’ll help you explore our packages, available enhancements, and à la carte options to create an experience that fits your event, style, and budget.
From professional bartending services to yard games and lounge-style seating, we’ll help bring your vision to life.
03 | REVIEW YOUR CUSTOM PROPOSAL
Once we’ve gathered your event details, we’ll provide a personalized proposal outlining your selected services, pricing, and what’s included.
No surprises. No hidden fees. Just a clear picture of what to expect.
04 | MAKE IT OFFICIAL
Ready to raise a glass?
To officially reserve your date, we’ll need two things:
A signed service agreement.
A 50% booking deposit.
Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least 30 calendar days before your scheduled event. Cancellations made less than 30 calendar days before the event will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Your date is officially reserved once we’ve received both your signed agreement and deposit.
05 | FINALIZE THE DETAILS
As your event approaches, we’ll reconnect to confirm the important details.
We’ll review your event timeline, bar setup, beverage selections, guest count, and any additional rentals or services.
Your remaining balance is due 14 calendar days before your event.
06 | LET US HANDLE THE POURING
The big day is here!
Our team will arrive at the agreed-upon time to prepare your bar area, coordinate setup, and get everything ready before your guests arrive.
You enjoy the celebration. We’ll take care of the bar.
